We are stuck waiting on inventory to arrive from BMRS as we've outpaced their expected production of some of the fittings used in these sets. After much frustration with weeping OEM lines, we invested in a BMRS hydraulic hose crimper and the corresponding hose & fittings to make our own! The line used is their Smoothbore PTFE with stainless over braid which is rated to 3000psi service pressure. The hose end fittings and crimp ferrules are 304 stainless. When assembling the hoses, we go the extra mile and install a thermal and abrasion resistant sleeve over the braided portion of the hose. We offer a lifetime warranty against leaks at the crimps or any other material and workmanship issue.
The two distribution block to turbocharger lines are 3AN sized and the engine to distribution block is 4AN. New copper crush washers are included for all banjo fittings.
Before installation, please use brake clean and compressed air to ensure the insides of the lines are 110% clean to eliminate any chances of debris entering your oil system.
