Main stud kit for aluminum block M57 diesels. Due to constant availability issues with multiple manufacturers, we have switched to P1 MFG with a bespoke kit designed for the lowest possible installed height to clear the oil pump. The block stiffener plate contacts the studs very slightly, either holes can be drilled in the plate above the studs, the plate can be dented slightly above the studs, or a single standard M8 washer can be placed between the block and stiffener plate under each of the hold down bolts. They are manufactured in 225kpsi yield material, equal to ARP2000.
